I created Mass Lifting Club with the belief that exercise is for everyone and includes any goal, big or small. Whether it's finding a way to just getting started or looking for a new challenge Mass Lifting Club is here to provide the building blocks. My mission is to provide training programs for a wide variety of goals, with a primary focus of keeping it simple.
