FMS Screening

On your first day you'll perform a Functional Movement Screen (FMS). It consists of a few exercises that will help identify how you move and any imbalances you may have. It's a great tool to show all the progress you'll make!

Injury rehab & prevention

A crunchy shoulder and cranky knees is no reason to not workout! If something is hurting when you exercise, then we may have the answers that will help eliminate the issue and get you training with confidence.

Personalized Workout Routine

You'll get a training program that is custom for your ability and goal. There are many factors that are considered including - your FMS results, your work/life schedule, your desired end goal, and many more!

No sneaky gym fees or contracts!

We are a small business were we like to keep things simple. When you sign up for training you are buy a set amount of sessions once they're used up you can choose to continue or use what you've learned on your own, no contract commitments!
